How to Install the KUGE anti-ligature shower head?
Follow the steps below to install the KUGE anti-ligature shower head correctly, ensuring safe and stable use.
Step 1: Drill a Hole and Determine Installation Height
Cut a hole in the wall to fit the fixture. The mounting height of the anti-ligature shower head can be determined according to the user's requirements. It is recommended that the finished height of the shower rose be 1.75 meters above the floor after installation.
Step 2: Install PVC Pipe and Water Pipes
Insert the PVC pipe into the wall groove, then feed the water inlet pipe and connecting pipe through the PVC pipe. After that, secure the fixture to the wall with cement. Ensure the PVC pipe has a sufficient inner size to accommodate both the water inlet pipe and connecting pipe; the outer diameter of the PVC pipe shall be no less than 35 mm. The water inlet and connecting pipes are routed inside the PVC protective pipe to avoid secondary wall damage during future maintenance, as this design allows the water pipes to be easily pulled out from the PVC casing for repair or replacement.
Step 3: Install Mounting Box and Connect Pipes
Remove the shower rose panel and the control valve panel. Place the mounting box into the wall recess, then firmly connect the water inlet pipes and connecting hoses to the control valve and shower rose body.
Step 4: Fix the Fixture with Cement
Fill the wall groove with cement. Once the cement is fully dry, the unit will be firmly fixed to the wall.
Step 5: Complete the Installation
Secure the shower rose panel and control valve panel with safety screws, then connect the hot and cold water pipes to the main water supply. The installation is now complete.
