Our factory owns main machines such as laser cutting machines. It will use laser to cut the steel plate. According to the metal pot size and we will send the measurement or drawings to the computer and then confirm. The laser machine will cut it automatically. Highly accurate specifications make products more in line with customer requirements.
After cutting, we will have a bending machine. As long as put the the cut galvanized sheet into the bending machine, the product can be folded out of angle, such as vertical bending, bending range, etc. The purpose of bending is to better connect the products.
After bending, we will weld the galvanized plates on four sides. Employees will weld the four sides one by one to do their best. In addition, we will do polish finished on the products to make them flat and smooth without water leakage.
The factory also has advanced conveyor belt machines, which can put the flowerpot on it, which has achieved the purpose of no damage, no bump and no scratch. It will make customers receive more perfect products.
As for the finished product, galvanized sheet plant pot. We use a 1.2mm thickness galvanized sheet to make the pot which is an Eco-friendly material and not easy to rust. And the size can be customized. We usually produce square plant pot. The color we can make different for example black , white, orange, chocolate and so on. If you are company and with a special logo. We are able to print your logo on the plant pot too. At the bottom of the plant pot. We have mold for 5mm high as feet to support the whole load weight. This can prevent too much water on the ground from contacting the basin bottom, to achieve the purpose of rust prevention and longer service time.
As for the packages, we will use foam paper to wrap it in, then use foam board to pad it at the bottom of the carton, then fill the gap with foam board and seal the carton. That will be safe and more stable. If the size is too large, we will use wooden frame to fix it.We would like to make sure that the pot is good package when client receive it.
