Prepare high quality raw material, stainless steel.Laser material and punching,stamping,welding and polishing,each manufacturing process are both very important.
First of all,our engineer has to work on the computer to do the drawing for one wash basin and get it cut into pieces.Then we send this drawing to the laser cutting machine.And then our catching machine will pick up a stainless steel sheet delivering to the laser cutting machine,then the laser cutting machine start to get the sheet cut into different pieces following the drawing.Secondly, the pieces will be putted under the punching machine with moulds to work out a designated shape,and for one wash basin we may have more than ten sets of moulds to worked it out a complete product.Thirdly,some pieces have to be folded in another shape by the folding machine.And then we will get all these pieces welding in a complete wash basin,next will get all the finish polishing to be satin finish or bright finish accordingly.After all these manufacturing steps,our quality will do the strict inspection of each details to check if the goods need to any further improvement.Then we will do the water testing if there is flush nozzle as the faucet.After all done,we will get the wash basin packed in well condition.If you want to know now details,you could contact us to send video for your review.
