2022-06-16

One of the most important things you could do to help prevent and control the spread of many sicknesses is to thoroughly and regularly wash your hands. Well hand hygiene will reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus and other viruses like flu, colds and cough as well as other healthcare infections.

When do you need to wash your hands?

After coughing or sneezing

After visiting the toilet

Before cooking foods

After touching dirt

For the current spring and summer change climate we advocated to wash your hands for the following scenes:

Before leaving home

When arriving at your destination

After touching money

When return home

After handling deliveries to home

Washing your hands more regularly will help to stop coronavirus from spreading

How to wash your hands properly?

The below seven steps will be helpful for explaining the proper method to wash your hands:

1. Turn on the tap and rinse your hands.

2. Add hand sanitizer or soap and lather with your hands.

3. Carefully rub the palms, the backs of the hands, the inside and outside of the nails, the fingertips, and the tiger's mouth with each other, and rub for at least ten seconds before flushing.

4. Rinse with running water for at least 10 seconds.

5. After completely wiping, rinse your hands thoroughly with water.

6. Thoroughly dry your hands with a dry towel or toilet paper, or dry your hands with a hand dryer.

7. After your hands are properly cleaned, do not touch the faucet directly to prevent your hands from getting dirty again. The faucet should be wrapped with a towel or rinsed by splashing water on the faucet before closing the faucet.
