Phenomenon 1. The water does not stop for the first time in a new installation: the reason is that the solenoid valve is in a non-stop working state and needs to be closed by hand induction. Solution: Use your hand in front of the sensor window to cover the sensor till the water stop and use it normally.
Phenomenon 2. Water can be opened and closed by induction, but water keep dripping after closing: the reason is that there is sediment in the solenoid valve, and the small hole of the valve body's return waterway is blocked, causing dripping. Note: Before installation, the hot and cold water inlet hose should be connected with a check valve and a dense mesh rubber gasket to prevent the solenoid valve from being blocked by sediment(See attached picture for parts). Solution: Close the water inlet valve, then remove the valve body from the main body of the faucet, open the valve cover to clean the debris inside, so that the small holes in the return water path won’t be unblocked. Phenomenon 3. Faucet doesn’t work, no water flushing:
Reason A :The water source switch is turned off and there is no water coming. Need to check whether the water source is turned on or not.
Reason B : No signal is sent. Check whether the connecting wire between the sensor and the solenoid valve is disconnected, unplug the signal wire and restart again.
Reason C : The internal signal wire is worn out and the contact is poor, the sensor needs to be replaced or the solenoid valve diaphragm needs to be replaced(See Method 1 and Method 2).
Method 1. Take a new sensor and connect it to the solenoid valve. If it makes voice, then the solenoid valve is in good condition (the original sensor is broken).If there is no voice, the solenoid valve is broken,and the solenoid valve diaphragm needs to be replaced.(Please see by video how to test voice)
Method 2. Need to test the water to check whether the sensor can switch water normally and whether it leaks.(Please see by video how to do water test)
